HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary based on each service and the postage location.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time
As soon as the order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase.  You can expect delivery within:

USA: 2 - 5 Business Days w/ Standard (1 - 2 Business Days w/ Expedited)

UK & EU: 3 - 7 Business Days

Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 20 Business Days

Rest of the World: 5 - 20 Business Days

(Customs charges may apply to orders outside the UK. Please refer to your country's tax authority for guidance on what fees may be due. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient. JENAC Direct take no responsibility for any additional charges)

Note: Bank Holidays and Weekends do not count as business days.

We use DPD UK, Evri, USPS/Royal Mail.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us at info@jenacdirect.com quoting your order number from the confirmation email you received.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. You can send an email to  info@jenacdirect.com 

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items (very rare occurrence as we make every effort to accurately represent all design and products), we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Please see our Return Policy for further information.
